With over a decade in the aesthetics, healthcare & operations industry, my focus has evolved far beyond treatments, it’s about self-perception.
One of the biggest things that I’ve learned is the way we see ourselves impacts, identity, and presence. But what's often missing in the aesthetics industry is the connection between self-perception, and the services themselves.
Treatments are performed, results are delivered, but the internal experience is often overlooked.
And that disconnect, that’s what stuck with me.
